Rather than make different size barrels for different weight requirements, we designed an insert for 200, 400, 700, and 1,400 lb. requirements.

CrashGard Insert, naturally, fits inside the universal CrashGard barrel so installers only need one size of barrel. No need to buy and store more than one barrel, much less transport several different size barrels out to a job site.

CrashGard Insert is installed on the ledge molded into the internal lower portion of the barrel. No tools or fasteners are required. The Insert is installed conical side up, of course. Users then fill the barrel to the required level with sand.
